Try before you pay

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card required — the trial is how we'd rather you decide, instead of needing a refund later.

Subscription refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for; we don't prorate partial months. Your data is kept, so resubscribing later picks up right where you left off.

If something went wrong on our side — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or you were charged after cancelling — email us and we'll make it right with a full refund of the affected charge.

Payments to lawn care businesses

This policy covers your SureGrounds subscription only. If you are a customer of a business that uses SureGrounds, payments for their services go directly to that business through their own Stripe account — refunds for lawn care work are handled by the business itself, so contact them directly.
